In compliance with the state of emergency to avoid the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), please be guided accordingly:
Reminders for health check:
- Please check your body temperature before leaving your home or accommodation.
- Refrain from participating if you have a 37.5 degrees celsius fever or higher, or if you have cough.
Please note that depending on your current symptom, we reserve the right to decline your entry in our premises.
Staring today until May 6, 2020, we will not charge any cancellation fees.
We will require our participants to wear gloves during the activity. You are free to bring your own set of gloves or you can purchase them at our shop for ¥200 each pair.
Reservation and payment procedure:
Please be at the park at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time.
Upon arrival at the park, only 1 representative per group should fill up the participation agreement, consent form and payment process in behalf of the rest of the group. You will be given a ticket which you will have to submit to the staff by the tent. Customers who purchases gloves can get them at the tent.
Bathroom is available at the Alpen Hotel across the park.
Please make sure your valuables are placed in the designated area before the lecture starts.
Adventure Park proper
In accordance to social distancing, we will not be able to conduct the briefings 20 at a time, however, we will do it on a per group booking basis.
We will ensure adequate social distancing should the day be full of group bookings and end up providing the briefings altogether.
Our staff will be in face masks for extra protection.
After the briefing, we will head to the start of the course. We will have different starting points for every group.
Once done, please put the used equipment in the “used” bin for cleaning and disinfecting.
